Q: Who do I contact if I would like to make a change to
my order?

A: info@chicagosportscasts.com - We read all emails that are sent to this address, however, due to the high volume of e-mails we receive, please give us at least 24 hours to look into your situation and respond. Also, when you do inquire about an order, make sure to include as much information as possible (full name, order reference).

Q: Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

A: Yes, you can and here's how:

Send the items you would like to return or exchange back to us along with the original invoice/packing slip. You may want to make a copy of this invoice for your records. Be sure to include a note with your phone number, a brief summary as to why you are returning or exchanging the merchandise (doesn't fit, etc.). Shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and should not be washed or worn. Please mail merchandise along with your note to the following address:

Q: How soon will my order ship and how long will it be
before I receive it?

A: Your order will ship within 7 days. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of domestic orders, and 2-4 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your item(s) within this time frame, one or some of your items may have been backordered, in which case we will contact you via e-mail.

Occasionally, packages get lost in the mail. If you do not receive your package and we do not hear from you within 60 days of your order, we will not issue a credit to your account or re-ship the package. We must hear from you within the 60 day time frame in order to take care of the situation. If you have not recieved your package within the given time period, please e-mail info@chicagosportscasts.com.

Q: Do you wholesale your items to stores?

A: Yes, we wholesale to stores and if you're interested or need more information, please e-mail us through our contact page.

Q: What are your sizes comparable to?

A: Our shirt sizes are comparable to Hanes T-Shirt sizes. The "baby doll" sizes are smaller than a Small t-shirt. They compare closely to a small Gap scoopneck 50/50 shirt. We cannot guarantee that these measurements are 100% accurate as brands may vary.
